1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and United States Patriot Coins ("US Patriot Coins," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to your use of the website at uspatriotcoins.com (the "Site"), your request for a quote, and any order you place with us. By using the Site, requesting a quote, or approving an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Quotes and Pricing
We make custom, made-to-order products. Prices shown on the Site, including any "starting price," are estimates based on standard specifications and current volume tiers. They are not a binding offer. A final, binding price is confirmed only in a written quote prepared for your specific order.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to change after that period.
- Pricing depends on factors including product, size, quantity, plating, enamel type, packaging, and add-ons. Minimum order quantities apply by product and are listed on each product page.
- A one-time mold or die fee may apply to certain products. Where applicable, this fee and any volume waiver are disclosed in your quote before you approve the order.
- Quoted prices do not include duties, taxes, or surcharges that may apply to your order unless expressly stated. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax.
3. Orders, Proofs, and Approval
After you request a quote, our design team prepares a free digital proof based on your artwork or description. Design assistance and revisions are provided at no charge, and we will revise the proof until you are satisfied or choose not to proceed.
You are responsible for reviewing each proof carefully, including spelling, names, dates, ranks, logos, colors, size, and layout. Production begins only after you approve a proof in writing (including by email). Once you approve a proof, it becomes the authoritative specification for your order. We are not responsible for errors that appear in an approved proof, and orders produced to match an approved proof are considered correct.
4. Payment
There is no charge until you approve your design and authorize the order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and, for qualifying government and corporate buyers, purchase orders. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due before production begins. Orders placed against an approved purchase order are subject to our standard invoicing terms.
5. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, text, insignia, or other materials ("Customer Content"), you represent and warrant that you own or have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to reproduce that content on a custom product, and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You grant us a limited license to use Customer Content solely to design, proof, produce, and fulfill your order. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, or expense arising from Customer Content you supply, including claims of trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property infringement. We may decline any order that we believe infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.
Reproduction of official military, government, or other restricted insignia is the responsibility of the customer, who must hold any required authorization. The Site and its original content, design, logos, and images are owned by US Patriot Coins or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Production Time and Manufacturing Tolerances
Standard production time is approximately 18 to 21 business days after you approve your proof and payment is received. Rush service may be available for an additional fee on a case-by-case basis. Production timelines are estimates and begin only after proof approval.
Because our products are individually handcrafted, minor variation is normal and does not constitute a defect. This includes slight differences in color, plating tone, weight, size, and finish from one production run to another and from the on-screen proof, since screens display color differently than physical metal and enamel.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship domestic orders free of charge unless your quote states otherwise, and we can ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses as well as internationally. Delivery dates are estimates. Once an order leaves our facility, transit times are controlled by the carrier, and we are not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order promptly on receipt.
8. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
You may change or cancel an order at no cost any time before you approve the proof. Because every item is custom made to your specifications, orders are final and nonrefundable once you approve the proof and production has begun. Changes requested after approval may not be possible and, if accommodated, may incur additional charges and delay your delivery.
9. Quality Guarantee and Defect Claims
We stand behind our work. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the proof you approved, we will remake the affected items at no additional cost to you. To make a claim, contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order details and clear photos of the issue. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and material deviation from the approved proof. It does not cover normal handcrafted variation (see Section 6), errors present in an approved proof, or damage caused after delivery.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for the quality guarantee in Section 9, the Site and our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Patriot Coins and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any order. In all cases, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to an order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless US Patriot Coins and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to Customer Content you supply, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or an order will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
