Start in our free Design Studio at uspatriotcoins.com/design: pick a product, describe your idea, add your quantity and any reference artwork, and send it with your name and email. You can also add items to your cart and submit a quote request from checkout. We price every order by hand and email you a written quote within one business day. Accept it and a free digital proof follows within 24 hours. There is no payment and no obligation until you approve your final proof.

Standard production is 18 to 21 business days for all products, starting when you approve your final proof. Rush orders are available case by case for an additional fee.

Most products carry a one-time mold fee that covers tooling your custom design: Challenge Coins $140 to $190 depending on size, Belt Buckles $135, Bottle Openers $100, Lapel Pins $50. Patches have no metal mold; instead there is a one-time $42 film fee for the artwork film that stitches or molds your design. Dog Tags have no setup fee. On Challenge Coins, Lapel Pins, Belt Buckles, and Bottle Openers the mold fee is waived on orders of 300 or more, and the patch film fee is waived at 300 as well.

After you send your idea, logo, or rough sketch, our artists prepare a full-color digital proof so you can see exactly how your design will look before anything is produced. You review the proof, request changes, and only approve once it is right. Nothing goes into production until you sign off.

Unlimited. We keep revising until you're 100% satisfied. You don't pay until you approve the final design.

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, and most vector formats. Even a rough sketch or description is fine, and our artists handle the rest.

Yes, shipping is free on all domestic orders. We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and internationally.

100%. If your coins don't match the approved proof, we remake them free, no questions asked.

Absolutely. We serve law enforcement, fire/EMS, corporate clients, sports teams, nonprofits, and any organization that wants custom coins.

We create fully custom artwork from the design, logo, crest, or reference you send us. We are not an official licensee of any military branch, so you are responsible for having the right to reproduce any official or restricted insignia in your design. Most of our work is unit-specific custom art, and our artists are happy to help turn your idea into a proof.

Every order is designed in the US and backed by US-based customer service. Production is handled by our trusted overseas manufacturing partner, and we perform quality control at our Florida facility before shipping to you.

You only pay after approving your design proof. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and purchase orders for government/military units.
